Welcome To The New & Improved OCPhA Website

Over the past week we have been making many changes to the website.

Our first website was built over 10 years ago and therefore needed a complete overhaul to ensure that we are providing the best service to our valued members.

Since all member subscriptions ended on December 31st, we are taking this unique opportunity to capture updated and relevant information.

All members must re-register themselves on the website.

Notable Changes

Billing System

The most important change has been to our billing and invoicing system.

Previously – members would pay their $50 fee which would expire on January 1st regardless of when they registered.

Your membership will now expire 1 year from the date of registration with the option to cancel recurring billing at any time.

My Account Page

The new “My Account” page will let you manage your subscription and give you the ability to download an invoice.

There is also a new section called “My Pharmacy” which gives you the opportunity to share your work information. Optionally, you can also share this information with your fellow OCPhA members within a business directory.

What If I Already Paid My Renewal Fee?

If you have already paid your renewal fee, please fill out the form here.

Please note that any payments made before December 1st, 2019 are still subject to renewal fees for 2020.

As soon as we receive the form, we will cross-reference your info with the payment we have.

Once we have verified your payment – your access will be elevated manually and you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed.

Your membership will be valid for 1 year from the date that your account is validated.

Registering As A Student

Students can apply for a full annual membership at no cost by filling out the registration form here.

Please note that students will need to provide their student ID.

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by a member of the OCPhA Administration. This process could take up to a week.

Student memberships expire after 1 year. After expiration an OCPhA administrator will review your profile for renewal.
